What the heck is avolatte?

It is well known that avocado has already made the difference in sweet dishes (avocado cake, avocado brussels and cereal bars), but Australians and Turks baristas believe that the tropical fruit has not been sufficiently exploited, so they created the ''Avolatte''. As the title reveals, it's about

latte served in avocado.

There are a lot of questions as for the practicality of this new trend. Will its taste be mixed with the avocado's taste? Will it be easy to drink? Will it be easy to hold it without a handle? Is it used to save on washing up?For the answers to these questions, we need to wait and see if it appeals to the customers. What we do know is that Instagram is going ''crazy'' over this hipster trend, you can see everywhere a post with an avolatte. It is believed that ''avolatte'' is a trend that started in Australia as a troll but it seemed that a lot of people thought that it would be an innovation to the coffee industry so they tried it as well.

It is worth mentioning that a coffee shop in New York, which its menu is based on avocado exhausted its stock of tropical fruits in just three hours, after this trend.
